Heidi Ham is the Vice President of Post Closing and Quality Control for DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. She was born and raised in St. Louis, MO.

She has been with DAS since June 2012 and brings over 15 years’ experience in mortgage operations, underwriting, and quality control. She has completed the Mortgage Loan Originators Association CMCP Certification (Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional)-level 1 and is currently enrolled in level 2. She oversees all aspects of quality control including pre and post funding, FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, and Mortgage Insurance reviews. She works with the executive team to remediate trends identified within the QC process and implement changes to prevent further exposure. 

She is married with 2 sons and enjoys weekly date nights with her husband exploring local restaurants they haven’t yet tried.
