When first talking to Cj he was very informative gave us information that a previous lender didn't. I say previous lender because we had already been pre-qualified last year but didn't go through with it. We didn't feel confident in them. This time around realtor that showed us the house got us in touch with Cj. That's because when i scheduled the tour my husband and I weren't planning on buying a house yet. We thought that we weren't ready. The following weekend we went to an open house just to meet Cj and talk to him in person. He made us feel we could do it. Told us to send him some info them said he didn't see any issues. That's when we said ok run the credit report and from there everything just fell into place. Whenever I had questions I would text him or call him he would answer me right back. I really liked that. Everyone told me that buying a house was stressful but with us I think it was just nerves and me thinking negative like something wrong was going to happen. But Cj always told me not to think that way that everything was going good and sure enough him and his team they all got it done! We, my family are very very happy in our new home. We can't thank Cj and Maria enough for giving us that confidence that we needed to make this next chapter in our lives.
