USA Mortgage will ask you for several pieces of information in order to process your loan application. Among these are social security numbers, employment history, and assets and liabilities you hold. We make every effort to protect our partners, affiliates, and individual consumers, but we do not control the privacy policies or business practices of third-party Web sites. When our business partners and affiliates register for services provided by USA Mortgage, they are asked to provide certain information such as their name, business address, contact information, and company description. We only ask for this information so that our account managers and Web site coordinators can maintain quick, effective communication and constantly personalize our business services to your requirements. Yes. Under GLBA, you have the right to limit certain types of information sharing. Currently, DAS Acquisition allows consumers to opt out of sharing creditworthiness information with our affiliates.
To exercise this right, use the Opt-Out Request Form linked at the top of this page. Your request will be processed promptly. Note that even after opting out, we may still share your information as permitted by law and as necessary to service your loan.
You may submit an opt-out request at any time using our GLBA Opt-Out Form. Once received, we will update our records and limit the sharing of your information as you have directed.
