Despite the recent changes in the national mortgage industry, Ken has twice exceeded $100,000,000 in annual closed loan transactions and has consummated over 1,000,000,000 in sales transactions in his lengthy career.

Knowing the local marketplace and staying educated with the ever-changing rules and regulations in the mortgage industry, are paramount to a successful mortgage transaction. Ken prides himself in understanding the nuances of Conventional, FHA, VA Financing for Single Family, Investment and Second Home Purchases, and Refinances.

Ken derives his business from local Realtors, Financial Planners, Builders, and most of all, satisfied repeat customers. He has helped, with the assistance of a fabulous team of associates, over 4,000 families realize their dream of homeownership and refinancing opportunities since 1996.

A local St. Louisan, Ken is a graduate of St. Louis Country Day School (now MICDS). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. Ken had a brief stint as a professional punter with the Chicago Bears and St. Louis Football Cardinals.

Ken lives in St. Louis with his wife Judy, and they have raised three wonderful children; Carly, Jack, and Jennifer. He and his family are involved in the community and support charitable organizations such as the Siteman Cancer Center, The Jewish Federation, and COCA.
